以上海某住宅建筑作为实验场地,选取位于同一栋楼的4楼、户型相同的2套三室两厅户型为研究对象,2个用户分别安装冷凝式燃气供暖热水炉(简称冷凝炉)与非冷凝式燃气供暖热水炉(简称常规炉)进行实验,对比分析冷凝炉与常规炉用户平均室内温度、供回水温度、热输出、燃气消耗量及热效率.通过实验得出:冷凝炉用户室内温度波动小,舒适性较高,冷凝炉对室内温度的控制优于常规炉.冷凝炉热输出略小于常规炉.冷凝炉热效率高于常规炉.

Taking a residential building in Shanghai as the experimental site,two sets of three bedroom and two living room apartments located on the fourth floor of the same building with the same apart-ment type are selected as the research objects.The two users are respectively installed with condensing gas heating and hot water combi-boiler(referred to as con-densing combi-boiler)and non-condensing gas heating and hot water combi-boiler(referred to as conventional combi-boiler)for the experiment.The average indoor temperature,water supply and return temperature,heat output,gas consumption and thermal efficiency of con-densing combi-boiler and conventional combi-boiler are compared and analyzed.Through experiments,it is concluded that the indoor temperature fluctuation of condensing combi-boiler users is smaller,and the com-fort is higher.The condensing combi-boiler has better control over indoor temperature than conventional com-bi-boiler.The heat output of the condensing combi-boiler is slightly smaller than that of the conventional combi-boiler.The thermal efficiency of condensing combi-boiler is higher than that of conventional combi-boiler.
