摘要

Abstract

Considering the overvoltage problem caused by the large-scale photovoltaics(PVs)connecting to the distribution networks,a cluster partition-based hierarchical voltage control coordinated optimal strategy was proposed.Firstly,by using coupling quality function as a cluster partition indicator,Fast-Newman algorithm was adopted to divide the distribution networks into clusters.On the basis of cluster partition,a day-ahead scheduling model was established with the objective of minimizing the operating cost of PVs.The on-load tap changer(OLTC)and PV inverter adjustment was optimized to realize the economic efficiency for day-ahead dispatching in the upper level.Aming at ensuring the good tracking of day-ahead scheduling plan in the lower level,a real-time voltage control strategy was proposed,and the day-ahead plan is amended continually to realize the integration of day-ahead scheduling and real-time voltage control,ensure the economic efficiency for voltage control and greatly simplify the process of voltage optimal control.Finaly,the proposed method was verified to have good perfermance of overvoltage control and be effectiveness in a practical feeder system.
