转体支座研究现状及测力支座应用评述OA

通过对常规转体系统技术进行分析,总结了传统转体支座在结构形式、材料、应力状态、称重试验等方面的研究现状.针对常规转体系统功能单一的局限性,基于某跨陇海铁路特大桥等项目,介绍了一种新型的智能测力转体支座.该新型智能测力转体支座将应力传感器等设备集成到常规转体支座中,具有实时监测支座内部应力状态、数据远程传输和应力异常报警等功能.目前,该新型智能测力转体支座仍存在一定局限性,包括功能整合程度低、无法监测撑脚位置的应力状态等.该研究成果为今后转体桥梁的进一步发展提供了新的思路,对测力支座的深入研究也具有一定的参考和借鉴意义.

Through the analysis of the conventional rotor system technology,the current research status in the aspects of structure form,material,stress state,weighing test and so on are summarized in this paper.Aiming at the limita-tion of single function,a new type of intelligent force-measuring bearing is introduced based on a project of a cross Longhai railway bridge.The new support integrates the stress sensor and other equipment into the conventional ro-tary support,with the functions of real-time monitoring of the internal stress state,remote data transmission and stress abnormal alarm.However,the new support still has some limitations,including the low degree of functional integration,unable to monitor the stress state at the position of the support foot.The research results provide a new idea for the further development of the rotary bridge in future,and also have a certain reference and reference sig-nificance for intensive study of force measuring bearings.
