摘要

Abstract

Comparing the performance of TS-1,MWW and HTS molecular sieve catalysts of different product scales,it can be seen that Sinopec's HTS industrial scale catalyst has a H2O2 conversion rate of 98.5%,PO selectivity of 98.5%and PO yield of 97.0%,which is at the international leading level.Using the Sinopec's patented technology of automatic switching tandem reactor mode,the reactor switching time is reduced from 120~300 s to 0.1s.A production scale of 100~600 kt·a-1 HPPO industrial propylene oxide plant is equipped with 2~12 reactors,the carbon dioxide emission reduction is 147.76~5 319.30 tCO2·a-1.With increase the production scale of HPPO industrial plant and the reduction of carbon dioxide emission has increased by 400.17%.In the future,emphasis should be placed on the research and development of large-scale epoxidation reactor and separation equipment for HPPO industrial plant,in order to solve the problem of"engineering amplification effect"in large-scale HPPO production plant.
