关于路桥跨越敏感水体时事故应急池的设置探讨
Discussion on the Establishment of Accidents Emergency Pool when Roads &Bridges Cross Sensitive Water Bodies
摘要
Abstract
When a hazardous chemical transport vehicle crosses roads and bridges with sensitive water bodies,the occuring of a traffic accident will cause pollution of nearby water bodies,so an accidents emergency pool is needed.But there is no clear specification for the setting of accidents emergency pools for accidents,and there are differ-ences in volume calculation.Therefore,in order to clarify the setting requirements and calculation methods,the calculation methods is summarized by analyzing the influencing factors of the accidents emergency pool volume;It is clearly stated that an accidents emergency pool must be set up when roads & bridges cross sensitive water bodies and there is a risk of hazardous chemical transportation accidents;Finally,the corresponding strategies and suggestions are provided for the entire process management and early pre-warning of the accidents emergency pool.关键词
