摘要
Abstract
According to the safety development of artificial intelligence(AI)and the current situation of AI development,this pa-per analyzes the difficulties faced by the management of generated AI content,and puts forward some management suggestions.On the premise that the generated content can be protected by copyright,the copyright ownership should be determined according to the princi-ple of substantial contribution and balance of interests;In the aspect of legislation and supervision,it puts forward concrete measures to explore the way of risk management which is in line with our national conditions,and in the aspect of concrete responsibility undertak-ing,it introduces the safe harbor mechanism to divide the responsibility of service providers and users respectively.关键词
