基于自编码器和直接序列扩频的端到端无线通信技术研究OACSTPCD
Research on end-to-end wireless communication technology based on autoencoder and DSSS
基于自编码器和直接序列扩频设计实现了一种无线扩频通信系统,并采用数据驱动方式开展端到端训练、验证、测试,同时重点研究了信道规模、编码速率等超参数和干扰信号对系统块误码率性能的影响.仿真结果表明,该系统面向多种超参数具有较好的块误码率性能,且基于直接序列扩频,面向多种规格干扰信号具有较强的抗干扰能力.
In this paper,a wireless spread spectrum communication system is designed and implemented based on autoencoder and DSSS(direct sequence spread spectrum),and the end-to-end training,verification and testing are carried out in a data-driven way.Meanwhile,the influence of hyperparameters,for instance,channel scale and coding rate,as well as jamming signals,on the block error rate performance of the system is studied.The simulation results show that the system is oriented to various hyper-parameters,and has good block error rate performance.In addition,on the basis of DSSS,the system is oriented to interference signals of various specifications and has strong anti-interference ability.
