Abstract
Skilled personnel play a vital role in promoting rural revitalization as key participants,practitioners,and leaders.An analysis of the current situation of skilled personnel in Sichuan Province across dimensions such as talent structure and talent development environment reveals that the existing supply of rural labor force is inadequate to meet the demands of rural revitalization.It is evident that policies and systems for skilled personnel require refinement,and there is a need to create a more conducive environment for skill development.The distribution of skilled personnel across regions is also imbalanced,with a more pronounced regional disparity.Therefore,effective policies need to be introduced in Sichuan Province to support the establishment of a new development pattern and foster rural revitalization.This includes implementing a new concept of population development to harmonize the revitalization of skilled personnel with rural revitalization,establishing a new talent work paradigm,ensuring comprehensive training of skilled personnel to enrich the talent pool,constructing a new vocational education system,and enhancing the supply of skilled personnel across all aspects.Furthermore,it is essential to create new opportunities for talent development to facilitate the integration of skilled personnel across the entire chain of development.Continuous optimization of the environment for skill development and comprehensive service support for skilled talents are imperative in this endeavor.关键词
