Abstract

Objective To design a medical material management system to improve the response rate and management efficiency of medical materials in restricted scenarios,due to the limited activity space,difficulty in replenishing medical materials in time,unstable network environment,limited information transmission,and special working methods.Methods Based on cloud-edge-end technology,the Internet of Things technology was used to register the identity of each medical material,so as to realize the joint management of medical materials outbound,positioning,inventory,transfer and other functions in a restricted scenarios.Meanwhile,the multi-database cooperation was used to ensure the accuracy of medical material management data transmission.Results A set of medical material management system in restricted scenarios was developed,which could meet the new mode of real-time monitoring,joint management and rapid acquisition of medical materials between central workstations and restricted terminals.The time of material delivery was significantly reduced,the efficiency was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The establishment of medical material management system in restricted scenarios effectively improves the management efficiency and rapid response ability of medical materials in restricted scenarios,and realizes the accuracy and visualization of medical material management.
