Abstract
The scarcity of water resources is an important issue facing agriculture in China.The insufficient water supply in agricultural irrigation areas hinders the development of agriculture.This article conducts statistical analysis on the water demand of 8 irrigation areas in Huilai County.Through the agricultural water rights system,total water use control and irrigation water quota management are implemented,water supply metering facilities in irrigation areas are improved,and a sound mechanism for forming agricultural water prices is established.And on this basis,an information management system for irrigation areas is established.By combining water subsidies and water-saving reward systems,the water resource utilization rate of medium-sized irrigation areas in Huilai County has been improved.关键词
