Abstract
With the deepening of economic globalization,the main international projects contracted by China are still water conservancy and hydropower projects.Due to the inconsistent standards at home and abroad,engineering disputes emerge in endlessly.Foreign water conservancy and hydropower projects are often based on American codes,and the physical and mechanical properties of reinforcement often determine the mechanical properties of structural members,so the selection of reinforcement is an important part of structural design.This paper focuses on the similarities and differences between Chinese specifications GB 1499.1-2017,GB 1499.2-2018 and American specifications ASTM a706m-2014 and ASTM a615m-2014,and obtains the similarities and differences of main parameters and mechanical properties of steel bars in Chinese and American specifications,so as to provide convenience for overseas water conservancy and hydropower projects in the future.关键词
