Study on the Current Status and Problems of New Rice Variety Protection and DUS Testing in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
We analyzed the applications and authorizations of new rice variety protection in China from 1999 to 2022,expounded the development status of new rice variety protection and DUS testing in China,analyzed the existing problems in the industry,and proposed the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the protection of new rice varieties and optimizing DUS testing,in order to provide beneficial reference for the protection of new rice varieties and the standardization of DUS testing in the new era in China.关键词
