摘要
Abstract
Today,with the rise of knowledge-based economy and the increasing competition in global scientific and technological innovation,the role of intellectual property in promoting high-quality economic development has become increasingly significant.In recent years,intellectual property administrative agencies in major global economies have applied artificial intelligence technology to their own review work.As an organization that develops unified standards for various intellectual property offices around the world,the Committee on World Intellectual Property Organization(WIPO)Standards has made a series of important changes at the work planning level in 2023,rather than merely making revisions and updates at the level of standards in former years.This paper summarizes and introduces the important changes made by the Committee on WIPO Standards at the work planning level in 2023,and predicts and analyzes the future development trends of WIPO standards.关键词
