Analysis on the Role and Challenges of Technical Standards on Natural Resources in Supporting the Construction of Standards System for China's Dual Carbon Goals
摘要
Abstract
As the global climate change becomes an increasingly severe issue,China's dual carbon goals(namely peaking carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality)have become particularly significant.Therefore,establishing an effective standards system for carbon peak and neutrality is key to achieving these goals.This paper explores the relationship between natural resources and dual carbon goals,and analyzes the role and challenges of technical standards on natural resources in supporting the construction of the standards system for carbon peak and neutrality.It also emphasizes the importance of the rational utilization and protection of natural resources in achieving the dual carbon goals.Based on this,the paper proposes corresponding measures and suggestions,providing direction and guidance for the future improvement and development of the standards system.关键词
