中国汽车强标及配套推标体系研究与发展建议
Research and Development Suggestions on China's Standards System of Mandatory National Standards and Supporting Voluntary National Standards for Automobiles
摘要
Abstract
The mandatory national standards for automobiles play an important role in regulating the automotive market,ensuring product quality,and promoting technological progress.In order to better serve and support industrial management of government,accelerate the internationalization process of China's automotive standards,and create a stable,open,transparent,and predictable environment for the development of automotive standardization,this paper carries out the research on the construction of the standards system of mandatory national standards and supporting voluntary national standards for 2030.Firstly,a systematic analysis is conducted on the status and development trends of automotive regulatory systems in international mainstream countries.Secondly,comprehensive suggestions are put forward for the development of mandatory national standards system on automobiles for 2030.Thirdly,supporting management measures and suggestions are put forward.This paper can provide reference for industrial management departments,automotive enterprise and organizations,and other parties,support relevant planning and policy making,and provide effective guidance for medium-and long-term product research and development in enterprises.关键词
