Abstract
The CPC Central Committee and the State Council have attached great importance to deepening the"streamlining administration,delegating power,improving regulations and services"reform and optimizing the business environment,actively promoted the adoption of reform methods to solve the blocking points and pain points in the production and operation of enterprises,strengthened the services for business entities,accelerated the creation of a market-oriented,rule-of-law-based and international business environment,greatly stimulated the market vitality,and enhanced the internal driving force of development.As a grassroots department and forefront to serve the people and enterprises,the Administrative Examination and Approval Service Bureau of Qihe County comprehensively optimizes the approval process,and has formed a standardized,normalized,and facilitated approval service system guided by the"approval process diagram",with"business processing regulations"as the core,and assisted by the"intelligent examination approval".It has created a new approval service model of"standards guidance,unification,and digital empowerment".关键词
