摘要
Abstract
In order to further standardize the technical design content and requirements of surface blasting engineering,unify surface blasting design procedures and formats,improve the design level and quality of surface blasting,promote the development of surface blasting technology and safety,the China Society of Explosives and Blasting proposed the task of developing T/CSEB 0011-2020,Technical design specification of surface blasting engineering.At present,the development of the standard has been completed.It was released in December 2020 and officially implemented in March 2021.This paper introduces the background and significance of standard development.In this paper,the content and technical considerations of the standard are interpreted,so as to better guide the design and construction of surface blasting engineering,promoting implementation of the standard.关键词
