摘要
Abstract
By analyzing the diffusion process,including introduction of the concept of family doctor,the effectiveness of various pilot programs,the top-level policy design,and the nationwide policy implementation,this paper found that a variety of factors,such as the contest between various interest groups,the restrictions of the pol-icy implementation process and the policy-related environment,prevented the further implementation of policies for contracted family doctor services.The suggestions on optimizing government policy design,service providers and demand sides are put forward to promote the implementation of policies,improve the quality of primary health serv-ices,and safeguard the health of the population,.关键词
