农村环境质量与农民健康成本关系研究
The relationship between rural environmental quality and farmers'health cost
摘要
Abstract
Based on the data from 2001 to 2018,the following results were obtained:the results of meas-uring the production environment,ecological environment and living environment by using the entropy method indi-cated that the rural environmental quality in China showed a significant upward trend of volatility,and the health costs for farmers had a characteristic of continuous rise according to the per capita medical service demand;the empirical analysis of fixed effect and threshold regression found that there were both reverse and positive relation-ships between rural environmental quality and farmers'health cost;the level of agricultural development,the ag-ing of population and the government's support for medical services increased significantly the demand of farmers for medical services.Promoting the environment-friendly transformation of agricultural production,expanding the scale of"three products and one standard"products,perfecting the construction of rural medical service guarantee system,and increasing non-agricultural income are of great significance to improving rural environmental quality,building beautiful and livable countryside,and promoting the process of rural ecological revitalization.关键词
