摘要
Abstract
It is of great practical significance to explore the shaping mechanism of community in handling public health crisis to improve the community's ability to cope with risks.The arrival of the atomized society,the lack of residents'participation and the loss of residents'public spirit are superimposed and strengthened,which to-gether cause the dilemma of community construction.However,the emergence of unexpected public health crisis has promoted the formation of community.By retrieving the subjectivity of residents,community residents have changed from'aphasiacs'to'actors',and community has been reshaped with three mechanisms,that is,the e-motional mechanism of neighborhood mutual assistance,the interest mechanism of solidarity and the co-governance mechanism of residents'participation.关键词
