摘要
Abstract
Refined oil plays a crucial role in the development of the national economy,and its quality directly affects the ecological environment and the high-quality development of people's living.It has always been a key regulatory object for governments at all levels.By analyzing the raw material,production process,storage,transportation,marketing,usage,government supervision,and relevant links in the refined oil industry,effective traceable control measures and regulatory suggestions are proposed,forming a full chain and closed-loop regulatory force that can resolve potential risks of refined oil.The measures not only regulate the business behaviors of enterprises in refined oil industry,promoting high-quality development of the refined oil circulation industry,but also serve the public,facilitate the people's livelihood and make efforts to strengthen the defense line against accidents involving hazardous chemicals and refined oil products.关键词
