Application of 6S Methodology in Field Management of Testing Laboratories
摘要
Abstract
The testing laboratory is an important component of the national quality infrastructure and one of the modern service industries encouraged by the state.In order to adapt to the globalization of economic development and respond to the rapid changes in the internal and external environment of laboratories,this paper systematically studies the 6S management method and applies the management framework and elements to the field management of inspection and testing laboratories.It points out the implementation path of field management,to bring new perspectives and ideas to laboratory management and promote the continuous improvement of domestic laboratory management level and methods.关键词
