胃癌相关肌少症的CT评估及中医疗效观察
CT evaluation of sarcopenia in patients with gastric cancer and the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Jianpi Yangzheng Xiaozheng(JPYZXZ)decoction combined with chemotherapy for the treatment of gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 115 patients with gastric cancer were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(54 cases)and the control group(51 cases).All patients were treated with the standard chemotherapy regimen for 24 weeks and the experimental group was treated with JPYZXZ decoction.Results:Compared with the control group,the reduction rate of skeletal muscle area in the experimental group was significantly lower(P＜0.001).At the same time,the inflammatory markers IL-6 and IL-4 were decreased in both groups,and the decrease was more significant in the experimental group,with statistically significant differences compared with the control group(both P＜0.001).Conclusions:JPYZXZ decoction can effectively improve the muscle mass of patients with gastric cancer-related sarcopenia and reduce the level of inflammation in the body.关键词
