摘要

Abstract

This paper studies the analysis method to determine silica in electric furnace slag with ICP-AES spectroscopy and using acid solution to digest samples.Concentrated hydrochloric acid and concentrated nitric acid are used to dissolve the electric furnace tailing samples,hydrofluoric acid is added to digest the silica,boric acid is added to complex fluoride ions,and the ICP-AES method is used to determine the silica content in the electric furnace tailing samples.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of silica is between 0.35%and 0.58%,and the standard recovery rate is between 95.6%and 102.3%.The standard recovery rate of the method is good,which can meet the requirements of the analytical method.
