分光光度法测定湖泊水中叶绿素a含量的研究OACHSSCD
Determination of Chlorophyll A Content in Lake Water by Spectrophotometry
叶绿素a含量是评价水体富营养化水平的重要依据,水体营养化程度过高会影响水生生物的生存和繁殖,导致水体生态系统紊乱,生物多样性受到破坏.叶绿素a几乎是所有浮游植物类别都含有的叶绿素类型.所以,叶绿素a含量既是水体富营养化的判断标准,又是浮游植物现存量的重要推断依据.水体富营养化是我国当前水环境面临的主要问题.为阐明分光光度法测定水体中叶绿素a含量结果的快速性和准确性,本研究用研磨机代替手工研磨进行样品制备,用标准物质进行加标测定.结果显示叶绿素a检测值符合标准要求.
The content of chlorophyll a is an important basis for evaluating the level of eutrophication in water bodies,and excessive nutrient degree of water bodies will affect the survival and reproduction of aquatic organisms,resulting in disturbance of aquatic ecosystems and destruction of biodiversity.Chlorophyll a is the type of chlorophyll found in almost all types of phytoplankton.Therefore,chlorophyll a content is not only the criterion of water eutrophication,but also an important inference basis for the existing stock of phytoplankton.Water eutrophication is the main problem faced by China's current water environment.In order to elaborate on the rapidity and accuracy of spectrophotometric determination of chlorophyll a content in water,a grinder is used instead of manual grinding for sample preparation,and standard materials are used for standard addition determination.The results show that the detection value of chlorophyll a meets the requirements of standards.
