双能量CT非线性融合技术在双下肢CTA检查中的应用
Application of the dual-energy CT non-linear blending technique in bilateral lower limbs CTA examination

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of dual-energy CT non-linear blending(NLB)technology in CTA for the bilateral lower limbs.Methods:Fifty-two patients with suspected vascular disease of bilateral lower limbs were retrospectively enrolled.All patients underwent dual-energy CTA,and the CTA images were reconstructed via linear blending(LB)and NLB techniques to obtain the LB and NLB images.The image quality of the LB,NLB and original images in the low-kV(80 kV)was compared,including objective evaluation(CT value,SD,SNR,and CNR),subjective score,and the excellent rate and availability of images.Results:There was no significant difference in subjective score among the three groups(P<0.05),the highest score was in the NLB group.The availabilities of 80 kV,LB,NLB images were 61.54%,38.46%and 65.38%,respectively,and the excellent rates were 30.77%,0%and 38.46%,respectively.The CT value,SD and CNR of blood vessels in the three groups were significantly different(all P<0.05),the CT value of the NLB group was the highest,and the CT value,SD and CNR of the NLB group were all greater than those of the LB group(all P<0.05).There were no significant differences in SNR of the three vessels among the three groups(all P>0.05).Conclusions:NLB technology can improve the image quality of CTA images and is expected to increase the detection rate and diagnostic accuracy for vascular diseases of bilateral lower limbs,which is worthy of further clinical research.关键词
