湛江市人口和经济城镇化与土地利用的协同变化评估研究
Evaluation of synergistic change of population and economic urbanization and land use in Zhanjiang City

Abstract
The article explores the changes in urban population,secondary and tertiary industries,and land use in various districts and counties of Zhanjiang City from 2001 to 2020,and evaluates the synergy between population land and economy land in each district and county.The results show that the increase in urban population in Zhanjiang City mainly comes from the city area,and the overall urban population of subordinate counties and county-level cities shows a decreasing trend.The overall growth trend of the secondary and tertiary industries in various districts and counties of Zhanjiang City has been affected by the financial crisis,with some years experiencing a decline.The urban construction area of various districts and counties in Zhanjiang City is showing an increasing trend,mainly concentrated in the jurisdiction of Zhanjiang City and surrounding counties or county-level cities.The overall synergy between population and land in Zhanjiang City is good,while the level of synergy between economy and land is poor.The internal development of various districts and counties in Zhanjiang City is extremely uneven,and it is necessary to further promote the development of population urbanization and economic urbanization in subordinate counties and county-level cities.关键词
