Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of self-management education combined with detailed nursing on the prognosis of patients with breast cancer during the recovery period.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the data of 100 breast cancer patients admitted to Zhongda Hospital Southeast University(Jiangbei)from February 2020 to April 2022.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into a control group(routine nursing)and an observation group(routine nursing + self-management education combined with detailed nursing),with 50 cases in each group.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results After 1 and 3 months of nursing,the medication and exercise adherence,and the scores of Exercise of Self-Care Agency scale and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast scale of the observation group were higher than those of the control group during the same period.The levels of carbohydrate antigen 125,carbohydrate antigen 153,and insulin-like growth factor-1 of the observation group were lower than those of the control group during the same period(all P<0.05),and the above indicators in both groups were better than those before nursing(all P<0.05).The distant metastasis rate,recurrence rate and total incidence of complications of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Self-management education combined with detailed nursing can improve the self-care ability,laboratory indicator level,quality of life,medication and exercise compliance of patients with breast cancer during the recovery period,and reduce the rate of distant metastasis,recurrence,and complications.关键词
