目的 探讨人工肝支持系统联合全程护理在肝硬化患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2020 年6 月至2023 年1 月山西医科大学第一医院收治的126 例肝硬化患者作为本次研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(人工肝支持系统+常规护理,63 例)和观察组(人工肝支持系统+全程护理,63 例).干预2 个月后,对比2 组的肝功能指标和肝储备功能,以及生活质量和护理满意度.结果 干预 2 个月后,观察组的丙氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶水平均…查看全部>>
