Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of time nursing combined with 5A mode pulmonary rehabilitation training in postoperative pulmonary rehabilitation of patients undergoing lung cancer surgery.Methods Eighty patients who underwent lung cancer surgery at Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing mode,while the observation group received time nursing combined with 5A mode pulmonary rehabilitation training nursing.The application effect was compared between the two groups.Results At discharge and 6 months after discharge,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC)of the observation group were both greater than those of the control group,and the 6-min walking distance of the observation group was longer than that of the control group during the same period(all P<0.05).The FEV1 and FVC of both groups were higher than those before nursing,and the 6-min walking distance of both groups was longer than that before nursing(all P<0.05).Six months after discharge,the scores of behavioral fatigue,emotional fatigue,sensory fatigue and cognitive fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05),and the above scores in both groups were lower than those before nursing(all P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.00%,lower than 22.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Time nursing combined with 5A mode pulmonary rehabilitation training can improve exercise tolerance,reduce lung function injury,reduce the degree of cancer-related fatigue,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients undergoing lung cancer surgery.关键词
