时间护理联合5A模式肺康复训练在行肺癌手术患者术后肺康复中的应用OA
Application of time nursing combined with 5A mode pulmonary rehabilitation training in postoperative pulmonary rehabilitation of patients undergoing lung cancer surgery
目的 探讨时间护理联合 5A模式肺康复训练在行肺癌手术患者术后肺康复中的应用效果.方法 选取80 例在上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院行肺癌手术的患者为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为 2 组.对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用时间护理联合5A模式肺康复训练护理,对比2 组的应用效果.结果 出院时及出院6 个月后,观察组患者的第1 秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)和用力肺活量(FVC)均大于同期对照组,6 min步行距离均长于同期对照组(P均<0…查看全部>>
