Effect of grading nursing for acute gastrointestinal injury on the time for symptom improvement in patients with acute pancreatitis
目的 评价急性胃肠损伤(AGI)分级护理在急性胰腺炎(AP)患者中的实施效果和意义.方法 选取200 例AP患者作为研究对象,均为厦门大学附属中山医院消化内科于2021 年3 月至2022 年2 月收治,按简单随机抽样法将其分为2 组.对照组(100 例)实施常规护理,观察组(100 例)运用AGI分级护理.比较 2 组的胃肠道功能改善情况、并发症发生率、实验室指标以及护理满意率.结果 观察组的胃肠道功能恢复(腹胀腹痛缓解、排气、排便和肠鸣音恢复…查看全部>>
