Abstract
Objective To evaluate the implementation effect and significance of graded nursing for acute gastrointestinal injury(AGI)in patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods A total of 200 AP patients admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology at Zhongshan Hospital Xiamen University from March 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects and divided into 2 groups according to the simple random sampling method.The control group(100 cases)received routine nursing,and the observation group(100 cases)received AGI grading nursing.The improvement of gastrointestinal function,incidence of complications,laboratory indicators and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal function(relief of abdominal distension and abdominal pain,exhaust,defecation and recovery of bowel sounds)in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The total incidence of various complications(systemic infection,pancreatic pseudocyst,peripancreatic abscess,acute fluid accumulation)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At discharge and 1 month after discharge,the levels of serum amylase,urine amylase and white blood cell count in the observation group were lower than those in the control group during the same period(all P<0.05),and those indicators in both groups were lower than those in the same group at admission(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion AGI grading nursing can play a positive role in the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduction of incidence of complications,improvement of laboratory indicators and improvement of nursing satisfaction rate in AP patients.关键词
