Application of early enteral nutrition support based on nutrition tolerance grading nursing strategy in ICU patients with cerebral hemorrhage
目的 探讨给予重症监护室(ICU)脑出血患者基于营养耐受性分级护理策略的早期肠内营养支持的临床效果.方法 选择徐州医科大学附属医院于2021 年11 月至2022 年10 月收治的100 例脑出血患者为研究对象,并进行回顾分析,将这些患者按照护理方式的不同分成2 组,每组50 例.对照组给予早期肠内营养支持,观察组给予基于营养耐受性分级护理策略的早期肠内营养支持,护理周期为患者入院后1 个月.比较2 组患者的营养状况、免疫功能、病情、并发症发生率…查看全部>>
