新时代职业教育国际化的价值、表征与指向
Value,Representation and Direction of Internationalization of Vocational Education in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
With the high-quality development of the"the Belt and Road"and the deepening of China's education opening-up,vocational education internationalization is China's plan of driving the development of countries along the Belt and Road,and is also an important part of China's eight actions to support high-quality co-construction of the"the Belt and Road".The integrated development of language and skills is a new perspective for the internationalization of vocational education,which is conducive to mutual benefit and a win-win situation economically,helps to improve governance politically,enhances the quality and efficiency of education,and contributes to mutual trust and integration culturally.The internationalization model of vocational education based on the integrated development of language and skills has strong linkage,high compatibility,organic integration and local adaptability in the four dimensions of education subject,supply and demand relationship,education content and education resources.Based on this,a governance mechanism of"vertical synergy+horizontal division of labor"should be established;a collaborative supply of"upstream+midstream+downstream"should be formed;an educational content of"ternary standards+bidirectional mutual construction"should be constructed;diverse teaching resources of"entity+virtual"should be built,and a comprehensive governance mechanism with comprehensive functions should be used to explore an innovative development path that combines modernization and internationalization of Chinese style vocational education.关键词
