Industrial Colleges Assisting Common Prosperity:Action Mechanism and Paths Selection

Abstract
The social service function of colleges and universities is a good way to achieve common prosperity.In the process of promoting people's common prosperity,industrial colleges are important hybrid organizations for colleges and universities to play their social service function.As"reservoirs"of talents,"growth platforms"of skills and"experimental fields"of technical achievements,industrial colleges promote the simultaneous accumulation of personal wealth and social wealth.In the practice of industrial colleges serving common prosperity,there are mainly three operation models:point-like cooperation,chain service and multi-agent co-creation.At the same time,industrial colleges face some challenges including insufficiency on operational flexibility,constraints from organizational inertia and weak capabilities of resource transformation.To better promote common prosperity,industrial colleges need to improve their qualities of empowerment,build a collaborative innovation platform and construct an incubation station for entrepreneurship.关键词
