Abstract
The construction of the integration of urban and rural vocational education is a strategic decision to promote the integration of urban and rural development in China,and it is also an important starting point for achieving common prosperity.From the multiple backgrounds of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform,the high-quality development of the industrial economy,the continuous promotion of the construction of a skilled society,and the prominent contradiction in the dual structure of urban and rural vocational education,this paper deconstructs the connotation logic,dynamic logic and coupling logic of the integration of urban and rural vocational education under the common prosperity.On this basis,it puts forward the specific practical paths of the integration of urban and rural vocational education:guided by the concept of common prosperity and development,constructing the urban-rural integration allocation mechanism of educational resources;based on the value orientation of common prosperity,building a talent training framework of"skill enrichment"for urban-rural integration;focusing on the demand for common prosperity and development,accurately positioning the integration function of urban and rural vocational education;taking the realization logic of common prosperity as the starting point,and comprehensively establishing an urban-rural integration ecosystem for educational subjects.关键词
