技能型社会视域下的企业继续教育高质量发展路径研究
High-quality Development of Continuing Education from the Perspective of Constructing Skilled Society in Corporates
摘要
Abstract
High morals molding,people-oriented cultivation and moral-skill combined education are fundamental requirements of constructing skilled society,and should thoroughly cover all phases and all forms of education.Corporate employees are mainly comprised of young and middle-aged adults are backbones of skilled society construction,and are active audiences of continuing education and lifelong learning.Therefore,corporate universities have become a frontline of moral-skill combined education that cannot be ignored.The empirical study of"A"corporate university shows that continuing education is significantly different from formal education,and its moral-skill combined education also embodies distinctive characteristics.To achieve high-quality development of continuing education,we should grasp the profound theoretical meaning of high morals molding and people-oriented cultivation as well as moral-skill combined education,focus on the target audiences,explore and innovate new practice paths in accordance with the principles of education,improve school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration,promote people's all-round development,and enhance the joint forces of skilled society construction.关键词
