技能型社会建设背景下河南省职业教育的社会参与主体研究
Study on Social Participation Subjects of Vocational Education in Henan Province under the Background of Skill-based Society Construction
摘要
Abstract
Participation in vocational education by all social actors is the way to promote the construction of a skill-based society and build a skill-based province.At present,there are some problems with the social participants of vocational education in Henan Province,such as the small number of participants,the low quality of participants,the disorderly and unbalanced ways of participation,the superficial content of participation and the little influence of the participants.The main causes of this are the imperfections in the mechanism for the participation of social actors in vocational education,the failure of existing policies and norms to highlight the protection of the rights and interests of social actors and the inadequacies of the social actors themselves.To this end,it is necessary to fully understand the role of the participation of multiple social actors in vocational education;to amend and introduce local regulations as soon as possible to strengthen the protection of the rights and interests of social actors;to strengthen organizational participation and attach importance to the internal regulation of vocational education organizations;and to adopt a flexible approach to the cultivation and development of social participation subjects.关键词
