2022 年,在延安市安塞区以甘薯主栽品种秦薯 5 号为材料,以施用传统化肥为对照,探讨化肥与微生物菌肥配施及单施微生物菌肥对甘薯产量、品质及经济效益的影响,从而为当地甘薯的提质增效栽培提供参考.结果表明:施用微生物菌肥增产效果明显;单施微生物菌肥 1 500 kg/hm2 时,甘薯单株结薯数显著高于对照,但与单施微生物菌肥 1 200 kg/hm2 处理差异不显著;单施微生物菌肥处理的单株薯质量显著高于其他处理;施用微生物菌肥对甘薯的商品率以及干物质率没有明显影响.化肥与微生物菌肥配施以及单施微生物菌肥都显著提高了秦薯5 号的粗淀粉、还原糖含量;在传统化肥减量 40%+900 kg/hm2 菌肥以及单施微生物菌肥条件下,甘薯的蛋白质含量和可溶性糖含量均显著增加;而单施 1 200 kg/hm2 微生物菌肥处理的经济效益最高.综合分析,本试验条件下,秦薯 5 号的栽培以单施 1 200 kg/hm2 微生物菌肥比较合适.

In 2022,the main sweet potato variety Qinshu NO.5 was used as material in Ansai District of Yan'an City.The effects of different fertilization methods(traditional chemical fertilizer,combined application of chemical fertilizer and mi-crobial bacterial fertilizer and single application of microbial bacterial fertilizer)on the yield,quality and economic benefit of sweet potato were studied,so as to provide reference for local sweet potato quality improvement and efficiency cultiva-tion.The results showed that the effect of microbial fertilizer on increasing yield was obvious,and the number of sweet pota-to per plant was significantly higher than that of control,but not significantly different from that of 1200 kg/hm2 alone,and the quality of sweet potato treated with microbial fertilizer was significantly higher than that of other treatments,and the ap-plication of microbial fertilizer had no significant effect on the commodity rate and dry matter rate of sweet potato.The com-bined application of chemical fertilizer and biological bacterial fertilizer and the single application of microbial fertilizer sig-nificantly increased the crude starch and reducing sugar content of Qinshu No.5,the contents of protein and soluble sugar were significantly increased under the conditions of 40%reduction of traditional fertilizer+900 kg/hm2 fertilizer and single application of biologic fertilizer.The economic benefit of single application of 1 200 kg/hm2 microbial fertilizer was the hi-ghest.According to the comprehensive analysis,under the experimental conditions,the single application of 1 200 kg/hm2 microbial fertilizer is more suitable for the production of Qinshu No.5.
