Supporting Green Transformation:Operating Mechanism and Implementation Paths of European Green Apprenticeships

Abstract
In order to cope with global climate change and achieve green and low-carbon development,promoting green transformation has become a common issue faced by all countries in the world.As an important element of vocational education,green apprenticeship has attracted widespread attention from the international community and has been adopted by more countries as a"booster"for green transformation.The current international green apprenticeship system is guided by the concept of sustainable development,follows the competency framework of green transformation,uses a green-modular training model,includes diverse participants,builds a contextualized learning place,and fonns a relatively complete operating mechanism.With the deepening of green transformation,the development of international green apprenticeships will show the following trends:focusing on strategic development,proposing lifelong learning,increasing the effective participation of enterprises,and strengthening cross-border cooperation,which will provide lessons to promote the effective implementation of green apprenticeship in China.关键词
