Advances in the Physiological and Molecular Mechanisms of Seed Longevity during Storage
摘要
Abstract
Seed longevity is a key determinant of seed value and crop yield,as well as a key factor for biodiversity conserva-tion in plant and agricultural sustainable development.It is particularly important to maintain seed longevity during sto-rage.In this paper,the environmental factors,metabolic changes and molecular mechanisms regulating seed longevity during storage were reviewed,and some candidate genes related to seed longevity were introduced,which could provide reference for germplasm conservation and breeding of storage-resistant varieties.关键词
