摘要

Abstract

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategic requirements of"three education coordination,three integration and one optimization",pointing out the direction for the construction of Chinese-style vocational education modernization.By constructing an analysis framework,it was found that China follows the logical path of prioritizing the positioning of vocational education types,and takes the integration of vocational education,industry and education,and science and education as the design basis,action characteristics,and expansion models for optimizing the positioning of vocational education types.In the process of vocational education reform,China mainly plans the development landscape of Chinese-style vocational education modernization from multiple aspects such as a collaborative overall structure,diversified reform priorities,dual melting education model,distinctive standard framework,and collaborative governance plan.To promote the Chinese-style vocational education modernization,it is necessary to establish a concept of types and construct a policy guarantee system;break away from fixed thinking patterns and creating a long-term institutional atmosphere;gather social forces and consolidate diverse carriers;change traditional thinking and positioning scientific evaluation scales;clarify the boundaries of responsibilities and powers,and consolidate the foundation of effective governance.
