摘要

Abstract

Promoting lifelong learning and all-round development is not only an important trend in the relationship between vocational education and general education worldwide,but also a core goal of vocational integration reform in China.From the perspective of the world,the relationship between vocational and general education has experienced the development stage from level education,type education to lifelong education.After China's reform and opening-up,the relationship between vocational and general education has also experienced multiple stages from mutual communication to pilot reform of integration,and then to the construction of lifelong education system under the concept of"collaboration of vocational,continuing and higher education".Taking the current situation of Hubei Province as an example,the integration of vocational and general education still has some problems,such as insufficient service industry capacity,low school quality,and imperfect lifelong education system.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the system design from the perspective of building talent integration development channels,improving key educational capabilities of vocational colleges,and connecting industrial workers with post-service development.At the same time,it is also necessary to ensure the implementation of the system design from the aspects of leadership system reform,macro-level supporting reform,and improving the development evaluation system.
