Reform of Secondary Vocational Education and Construction of Comprehensive High School Adapting to the Evolution of Talent Structure in the Intelligent Era
摘要
Abstract
Driven by artificial intelligence,the speed of social career changes has accelerated,and the structure of talent demand has changed significantly,which makes the inadaptation between the"education-talent"structure more common.The classification and screening function of education in the intelligent era will be weakened,and the balance of talent supply and demand will also present a series of new forms,which will further promote the functional orientation reform of secondary vocational education.To adapt to the intelligent era,the high school education should transform from"dual system"to"tripartite system",the construction of comprehensive high schools oriented to promote the inclusive development of students'diversified career paths should be more in line with social needs.The comprehensive high school characterized by the integration of vocational and general education should provide students with four types of development paths of"two main-two auxiliary"and effectively connect with multiple types of higher education and employment in the modem education system.Its curriculum structure should also correspond to the four types of paths,covering four types of courses:cultural literacy,career,preparation for further education and preparation for employment.关键词
