经济视角:我国政府支持高职教育发展投入机制探究
Exploring the Investment Mechanism of Supporting the Development of Vocational Education of Government from Economic Perspective in China
摘要
Abstract
The economic perspective suggests that the source of funding and the way it arrives profoundly affects the way higher education institutions behave,either directed to the government,or to the institutions,or to the market.Chinaese government has been increasing investment and actively promoting the high-quality development of modern vocational education with emphasis on deepening the integration of industry and education.A comparative analysis of the budget reports of a comprehensive university and a vocational college in a city shows that the behavior of vocational colleges and universities is not obvious and even inferior to that of comprehensive universities.To promote the construction of modern vocational education that matches the market demand and industrial structure,structural and institutional changes are needed,and it is recommended to improve and refine three aspects:increasing government funding and focusing policies on the integration of industry and education;optimizing the way of funding arrival to guide institutions close to the market;and strengthening policy support to promote institutional mechanism reform.关键词
