基于扎根理论的高职院校学生获得感形成机制研究
Research on the Formation Mechanism of Students'Sense of Gain in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Grounded Theory

Abstract
To promote the high-quality development of vocational education,it needs to enhance students'sense of gain.In order to explore the formation mechanism of students'sense of gain in higher vocational colleges,semi-structured interviews are conducted for 45 students.While qualitative analysis is conducted based on the grounded theory,196 initial concepts are extracted,23 sub-categories and 8 main categories are formed and a two-stage model of the formation of students'sense of gain in higher vocational colleges is constructed.The research found that resource supply,endogenous motivation and fair perception are the main factors affecting students'sense of gain;resource supply is the material basis for the formation of students'sense of gain,and endogenous motivation helps to promote students to produce objective harvest from the resource supply,and fair perception helps to promote students'reasonable evaluation of objective harvest and then produce a sense of gain.Based on the research conclusions,some suggestions are put forward to enhance the sense of gain of students in higher vocational colleges from three aspects:optimizing the supply of campus resources,innovate teaching service system and deepen the reform of evaluation.关键词
