数字政府建设下全过程人民民主实践路径探究
Building a Digital Government for the Whole-process People's Democracy Practice
摘要
Abstract
Emerging digital technologies such as big data,blockchain,cloud computing and artificial intelligence continue to upgrade government services,promote the construction of a digital government,and empower the whole-process people's democracy with digital and information development,reflecting a new model of Chinese modernization.The construction of digital government inherently accords with the whole-process people's democracy,but there are still practical challenges such as backward digital governance philosophy,imperfect democratic system,single democratic operation mechanism,and uneven digital government infrastructure construction.Therefore,we must adhere to the people-centered principle,improve the systems and regulations of digital government,build government network cloud platforms,and remove digital barriers so as to promote the whole-process people's democracy.关键词
