土地流转过程中农民权益保护研究
Protection of Farmers'Rights and Interests in Land Transfer
摘要
Abstract
From the perspective of farmers'rights and interests protection during the transfer of contracted management rights of land,this paper analyzes the position of farmers as subjects in land transfer,the expression of farmers'will,the distribution of income from the transfer,farmers'economic interests and living environment.From the perspective of rights theory,this paper discusses the protection of farmers'rights and interests in land transfer.Based on theoretical and empirical research,this paper proposes suggestions in terms of perfecting the regulations system of rural land management,improving the rural land property rights system,innovation of land circulation mechanism guided by market mechanism,vigorously developing rural land circulation service,harmonizing the relationship between transfer and protection of cultivated land,building rural social security system.It is of important practical significance and theoretical value to deepen the reform of rural land system and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.关键词
