Abstract
Intelligent connected vehicles(ICVs)have become the core focus of the global automotive industry.Along with the continuing improvement of the automotive network connection,the data-based product development and service extension gradually lead to the change of automotive product and service mode,and the data assets of ICVs are rapidly rising.Under the background of China's vigorous development of the data element market,data in the field of ICVs have a huge value.The circulation of data elements can improve the quality and efficiency of automotive product R&D and production,and facilitate the high-quality development of the ICVs industry.This paper starts with the high-value scenarios for ICVs,and analyzes the applicability of the data element system in the field of ICVs.Then,it identifies the problems in the data circulation of ICVs in China,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions.关键词
