Abstract
Recombinase aided amplification(RAA)technology is a new nucleic acid isothermal amplification technology,which has been widely used in food safety detection,environmental monitoring,aquatic disease detection,animal disease detection,and other fields.To learn the technology principle and application of RAA in veterinary diagnosis,the article expounds the principle,primer de-sign,detection method,and application of RAA technology,aimed at improving the understanding of RAA diagnosis technology by veterinary practitioners.关键词
