灵泽片联合盐酸坦洛新治疗良性前列腺增生患者短期疗效观察
Short-term efficacy of Lingze tablet combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride on the treatment of benign prostat-ic hyperplasia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy of Lingze tablet combined with tamsulosin hydro-chloride on the treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods Eighty-six cases of senile pa-tients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were divided into control group(43 cases)and observation group(43 cases).The control group received oral administration of tamsulosin hydrochloride capsules,while the observation group received tam-sulosin hydrochloride capsules and Lingze tablets.The treatment lasted for 12 weeks.The efficacy of the two groups was compared using the International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS),Quality of Life(QOL)score,post-void residual urine volume(PVR),maximum urine flow rate(Qmax),prostate volume(PV),total prostate-specific antigen(tPSA)levels,free prostate-specific antigen(fPSA)levels,as well as interleukin(IL)-6 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)levels.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,both the IPSS and QOL scores,PVR,PV,IL-6,TNF-α levels,and fPSA and tPSA levels of patients in both the control and observation groups decreased compared to before treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment,the Qmax of patients in both the control and observation groups increased compared to before treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion Lingze tablets,in combination with tamsulosin hydrochloride,can reduce inflammatory responses in patients with BPH,improve clinical indicators,and enhance prostate function.关键词
